This work has been carried out by two italian Owl specialists: Marco Mastrorilli & Paola Bressan.
We're planning to give lectures about the misterious Short-eared Owl phenology.
Our aim is to cooperate with ornithologists, universities in Italy and abroad. People dealing with (or aiming to) Short-eared Owl can contact us, we'll be very glad to help you and work with you. We would be very pleased to exchange information and to share our knowledge with you, and to help local investigations, providing unpublished data about Short-eared Owl ecology.
We collected all the Italian papers dealing with Short-eared Owl and we also got papers about Short-eared Owl diet, distribution, wintering in Europe and North America.
